Octopath
I believe that there is a manner in which we can exist that facilitates perpetual inner peace. The Buddha's first teaching upon awakening taught us that life is suffering, but there is a way to escape the cycle of suffering. He suggests that there are 8 considerations that we must keep simultaneously, the eight-fold path. How does this teaching from 2500 BC reflect on a modern day existence? We have set up a basis from which we can make the transition to a life of perpetual peace. Our body, mind, spirit are in unison, we experience love from another, for others, for myself, and now I must consider a pragmatic peaceful existence.
