Love of the Self

On this journey to find perpetual peace, I began down a separate journey to find a true and real love of myself. How do I love my self unconditionally? Can I live a life with no regrets? How do I behave in a manner that perpetuates self love? I like to say I am Johnny Appleseed, sowing seeds of the light. Sowing seeds of the dark is inevitable, but I try to sow 10 seeds of light for each seed of darkness that I sow. That way I can objectively say that I am a person who is easy to love. Collect these thoughts if you yourself have trouble finding self love! In my opinion, self love is paramount to obtaining perpetual inner peace.
